SSD condition: If there is a bad sector in the SSD, copying may stop. Scan the SSD once before copying to make sure there are no bad sectors. 3. Make sure that the two SSD disks can be recognized on the computer when plug in our nvme enclosure.If not, it could not clone. 4. The external hard drive docking station supports all 2242/ 2260/ 2280/22110 PCIe NVMe M.2 SSDs of M-Key, SATA-based B Key & (B+M) Key M.2 SSD, PCIe AHCI SSD or any SSD Does not support from Mac. 5. When the copy is completed, wait 3-5 minutes and then turn off the power and then remove the SSD. The high-speed NVMe M.2 drive will generate a lot of heat when it is working. Do not touch the SSD during operation. 6. For a brand new SSD hard disk, the hard disk may not be found, because the brand new SSD hard disk needs to be formatted before the first use. And also need to partition the SSD drive. 7. To obtain a data transfer rate of 10Gbps, the USB 3.1 interface on your PC should be USB 3.1 Gen 2. Some PCs are only equipped with USB 3.1 Gen1, which has a maximum speed of 5Gbps. 8. After cloning is complete, the target disk will enter offline mode. In offline mode, the disk cannot be recognized when connected to a PC with a USB cable. Therefore, you should manually select the online mode: right-click (Computer/My Computer/This Computer) and select Manage, and then select Disk Management in the pop-up dialog box, you will see a disk in an offline state, and then Right-click on it and choose online mode.
